It is expected that the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army, which currently benefits from a precious treasure of faithful and competent servicemen and which has taken great strides to raise the level of its combat preparedness both in the Sacred Defense era and in the following years, will move in this direction at a faster pace under your command by utilizing its young talented manpower in an optimal manner and raise its preparedness to an appropriate level.

I express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the valuable and selfless efforts made by Major General Mohammad Salimi in his capacity as chief commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army.
