Kawthar (Abundance)

Greatness of Lady Fatimah Zahra (pbuh)

Kawthar (Abundance)

Islam is a religion that brings abundance, “Indeed, We have given you Kawthar” (Quran 108:1). The word Kawthar means abundance. It refers to the daughter of the Prophet (pbuh) who was the mother of the Imams and the prominent figures of Islam. Each one of the Imams spread Islam, [thus] she was the means by which Islam spread and grew. The same is true about the Quran and Islam.

Reyhaneh (Fragrant flower)

Lady Fatimah (pbuh) is the embodiment of a comprehensive outline of a woman’s identity based on the logic of Islam. [While she was] a good mother, a good spouse, and someone who fought for the cause of God, she was also a good homemaker, she managed the affairs of her household, and at the same time she was devout and a servant of the Almighty God.

Hawra (A woman from heaven)

Islam introduces Fatimah [Zahra] (pbuh) as an example and a role model for women. What was seen of the way she lived her life, her jihad, her struggles, her knowledge, her eloquence of speech … was her heavenly nature, the brilliance of her spiritual being, and in short, her conformity and being at the same level as the Commander of the Faithful [Imam Ali (pbuh)] and the Prophet (pbuh).

Hurrah (A free woman)

Lady Fatimah Zahra (pbuh) didn’t pay the least attention to the enchantments of this (material) world. She didn’t pay the least attention. Not once did she ask her husband to get something for her. Well, a woman has every right to make this kind of request, but she never did this. In other words, she was in control of all her wishes.

Sabirah (Patient)

The reason you see that God created her [Fatimah Zahra (pbuh)] as an exalted being is that He knew she would pass her tests remarkably well in the material world and in the realm of physical bodies. Many people were created good, but were all of them able to pass the tests that came up for them? This part of Fatimah Zahra's (pbuh) life is the part that we need [to focus on] in order to save ourselves.
