As Mr. Fattah is being transferred to the Executive Headquarters of Imam’s Directive, I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to him for his dutiful, diligent management in serving the underprivileged. Considering the fact that you have an outstanding record in macro-management, I hereby appoint you as head of the Mostazafan Foundation. My most important recommendation to you is that you should empower the weak and use this national trust for the development and improvement of underprivileged areas. I also recommend you employ young, expert, Revolutionary and jihadi people while observing the policies of the economy of resistance.
