One of the duties of the Judiciary is to ensure lawful freedoms. They have written this very precisely. It is not absolute freedom. It is lawful freedom. Lawful freedom is freedom that is allowed by the sharia. This is what the constitution is. People’s freedoms must be ensured according to Islamic law. Well, powerful institutions naturally oppose these freedoms in certain cases. Who should help the people in such instances? The judiciary.
