The Leader's condolences and expression of sympathy were communicated to Mr. Ismail Saqab Esfehani, the current Vice President and Head of the Optimization and Strategic Management Organization, in a phone call from the Leader's office following the grievous accident that resulted in the death of his wife and injuries to his children.
