He relayed that when he had called the young engineer who was working on this project, to see how he had progressed, his wife had answered the phone, saying her husband achieved the final phase of the research, “he is sitting prostrate [thanking God] and is crying now.” When he was narrating the anecdote, Kazemi and that young man both began to cry. The role of spirituality should not be undermined.

I received a report about the production and freezing of stem cells. This is an extremely complex and great scientific project that has only been carried out in a few countries. Meanwhile, this project has been carried out in our country without any hype, and the achievements have not been officially announced so far. I believe that the importance of this work is not any less important than the progress we have made in the arena of nuclear technology. This project is valuable for the future of medicine throughout the world. Stem cell technology is considered a great medical revolution throughout the world. A group of faithful and revolutionary youth from Jihad-e-Daneshgahi have been working on this technology for a few years, and they have achieved great results. Of course, it is necessary to continue this work until we achieve the ultimate goal. By Allah's favor, those who have worked on this technology will announce the results that have been achieved. Therefore, we have produced knowledge in such areas in the country, which is of great significance.
